Our Application Form should be completed and submitted along with the following materials:
1) A complete list of products your company would like to make using our Camo.
2) A sample of each product (excluding Firearms) that you are requesting licensing on (products will not be returned).
3) A company catalog and/or brochure showing your products which was produced during the last 12 months.
